
Board of Management
Clyde Valley Housing Association is governed by a voluntary Board of Management.
The Board of Management has places for up to 8 Tenant and 7 General Members. Tenant mebers bring a wealth of user and community experience and knowledge, with general members including people with professional expertise and commercial experience.
There are five Committees dealing with issues in relation to Finance, Audit & Scrutiny, Operations, Corporate Services and Investment. Committee Representatives are selected from the Board of Management.
The Office Bearers include the Chairperson, Vice Chairperson and Secretary who are elected at the first meeting after the Annual General Meeting to hold office until the conclusion of the next Annual General Meeting.
