Burnbank, Hamilton

Demolition commenced in 2007 on the 10 steel bungalows earmarked as Phase 1 of the redevelopment of Robertson Street, and Anderson Street in Burnbank, Hamilton.  The new build programme of ten 2-bedroom bungalows to replace these is now well underway.

The Phase 1 residents of this development are already in their new homes.

It is expected that residents will be in their new build homes by July 2008.
