Care & Repair offers a service to elderly or disabled owner/occupiers or private tenants who require essential building repairs, improvements and maintenance to their homes.

What we will do:-

• Advice on how to go about getting essential repairs carried out to your house including funding ideas.
• House maintenance reviews to help you decide on necessary repairs and improvements. This report will give you an idea of the approximate costs of the repairs.
• Contractor referral list will assist you if you are looking for a tradesperson to carryout building works to your property.
• Referral to other agencies such as Welfare Benefits, Debt Counselling, Energy Savings Trust, Handyperson Service, Occupational Therapy at North Lanarkshire Council.
