Small Repairs Service

• Who qualifies? Owner/Occupiers or private tenants who are pensioners or disabled.
• What can we do? Minor joinery, plumbing, electrical or general repairs which can be completed in under 2 hours.
• Examples are door & window repairs, kitchen unit repair, skirting or floor repair, fit new lock, cistern or washer repair, socket or light repair. For more information see the table of jobs below.
• What do we not do? Decoration, gardening, fencing, carpet fitting, glazing, gas or domestic appliances or external works over one storey.
• What does it cost? There is a £10.00 Admin charge plus the cost of materials for each small repair.
