CVHA is leading a Consortium with West of Scotland and East Kilbride & District Housing Associations to build homes on 3 sites in East Kilbride. The main contractor is Cruden Building & Renewals who started on site on 1st March 2010. The first 2 sites at Claremont and Crosshouse are complete, with Scholat's Gate due to be finished by February 2012.
