If you are 16 years of age or over you can apply to go on to the Association's housing list. To apply you need to complete a Housing Application Form (Common Housing Register Form), which is available on request from the Association's office or from one of the links below.
Following receipt of your application, it will be assessed in accordance with the legislative framework and the Housing Allocation Policy. An applicant will be awarded points in accordance with their circumstances.

North Lanarkshire Common Housing Register Application Form
HomeFinder is the South Lanarkshire common housing register, a partnership between South Lanarkshire Council, three tenant management co-operatives and six housing associations.
If you want to apply for housing with any of the landlords, you only have to complete one application form. All HomeFinder landlords will assess your applicaton against the same clear set of criteria. The single form makes the application process much easier.
