Operations

The Association is based in Motherwell and currently has approximately 2900 rented homes and provides factoring services to a further 2900 properties.

Our Operations Team provides a range of services to tenants, including rent arrears, estate management, allocations, welfare benefits, tenant participation and Repairs & Maintenance.
