Housing Services

The Association has 3 offices, our Headquarters based in Motherwell, and areas offices in Hamilton and Coatbridge and currently has over 2500 rented homes and provides factoring services to a further 2800 properties.

Our Housing Services Department provides a range of services to tenants, including rent accounting, arrears recovery, estate management, allocations, welfare benefits and tenant participation.
