On 18 September 2006, Clyde Valley Housing Association celebrated the launch of its architecturally innovative residential development at Miller Street in Hamilton.
The project was the winning submission in a limited design competition promoted by Clyde Valley Housing Association, Communities Scotland and South Lanarkshire Council for a residential development of 26 units on a prominent site on the edge of Hamilton Town Centre.
The scheme promotes the issues of sustainability and energy conscious design and is partly funded as a research project by Communities Scotland.
To top all that, the development boasts some of the most spectacular views of the Lanarkshire landscape.
All of the 4 blocks are now fully let and our new tenants are enjoying their new homes and surroundings.
