Scholar's Gate, East Kilbride

The third site at Scholar’s Gate will be split between West of Scotland Housing Association (48 units) and CVHA (51 units). There will be a mix of 1 and 2 bedroom flats and cottage flats together with 2, 3 and 4 bedroom terraced, semi-detached and detached properties. This includes a number of properties for families with Particular Needs. At the end of November 2011, Clyde Valley Housing Association has taken 24 completed units and its partner organisation, West of Scotland Housing Association, has taken 20 completed units.

The whole project is expected to conclude in February 2012.
