Clyde Valley Housing Association is committed to ensuring that tenants are included, informed and consulted about decisions that have a bearing on the way their homes and neighbourhoods are managed.

Our Tenant Participation Strategy reflects this commitment and demonstrates that Clyde Valley Housing Association places tenant involvement at the heart of its activities and has a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Clyde Valley Housing Association recognises that tenant participation is an ongoing process and through the provision of adequate support and funding it will continue to be at the forefront of our activities.
