The Clyde Valley Group was formed in January 2006 and encompasses Clyde Valley Housing Association, which is a Registered Scottish Charity and our property subsidiary company, Clyde Valley Property Services Limited.

Established in 1996, Clyde Valley Housing Association is a Registered Social Landlord, run by a voluntary Board of Management elected by our membership.

Clyde Valley Housing Association's main aim is to continue to be a major social landlord, providing high quality, affordable housing and related services to communities throughout Lanarkshire.

Creation of the Clyde Valley Group has seen the establishment of Subsidiary Company, Clyde Valley Property Services Limited who deal primarily with our owner-occupiers and commercial property interests.  They also have lock-up garages available for rent in North and South Lanarkshire.  Also currently available for rent is a 1 bedroom apartment in Kilsyth.  Please visit their website at www.clydevalleypropertyservices.co.uk.
